Our commitment to quality is reflected in our fee-based approach, where we prioritize personalized, high-touch service over quantity. Your specific fees will be transparently presented by your advisor following an initial discovery call. These fees are distinct from any trip costs and will only apply if you decide to proceed with working with us. Please note that additional fees may be applicable for requests with a departure date within 45 days or 90 days of holiday travel. Your advisor will advise of you this further
The Suite Sojourn acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal Suppliers and is not the source or provider of any travel service. Each Supplier is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of The Suite Sojourn. For this reason, you will see all pricing as bundled rates and not broken out by component. Our partners do not provide component pricing to protect their contracts, therefore The Suite Sojourn is not able to provide /disclose component pricing. Do you agree and understand that you will receive all pricing as a "package rate"?
METHOD OF COMMUNICATION
Please understand that while planning your trip, we will primarily be in contact via email or scheduled phone calls. This approach provides you with the best level of service while ensuring that no important information is overlooked. We strongly discourage questions via text message in order to maintain accuracy and clarity while we plan your trip. In advance of your departure date, we will provide you the best local contact information for prompt assistance after business hours. Unscheduled calls and texts are of course available to you for any in-travel emergencies that arise.
