We strongly suggest planning about a year in advance. Hotels typically release rates approximately 11 months ahead, although advisors can sometimes secure rates even before they become publicly available.

Absolutely! We gather preferences, such as room location and favorite beverages, upfront on our traveler profile form. Two weeks before your arrival, we send our signature VIP letter to the hotel, ensuring your preferences are communicated well in advance. While we strive to accommodate amenities specific to your celebration, please note that any particular requests you wish to guarantee might incur an additional cost directly with the hotel.
At our agency, we are committed to delivering value and transparency to our clients through fair pricing and quality regardless of expense. Each journey is customized to suit your individual requirements and desires, with our seasoned agents dedicated to securing optimal rates and exclusive benefits on your behalf. While we do impose a planning fee per trip, we are certain that the benefits we provide far exceed this charge. Our hotel-only bookings come at no charge, making us stand out. However, if you require expert consultation and itinerary design, we do apply professional fees. Our fee will be stated at the beginning of the trip planning during our discovery call and are non-refundable and non-transferable and must be paid in full upfront.
We also offer annual retainers starting at $20,000 USD. Please inquire with us.
The Suite Sojourn service fees are non-refundable, and non-transferable to another trip, destination, or for future credit. These fees apply whether or not you decide to book the trip / Hotel / Villa / Yacht / Private Jet / Airfare, etc. or any other service.
Change and cancellation policies vary with each airline carrier and/or hotel involved in reservations and bookings. All refunds and/or applicable change fees are governed by the terms and conditions specified by airline carriers and hoteliers.
Please be advised that options to elect for a refundable package are usually an option at the time of booking. Cancellation or change fees may apply to non-refundable reservations.
In addition tot he airline carrier / hotel cancellation policies, The Suite Sojourn charges additional service fee as it applies to cancellations, last minute bookings, etc.
The Suite Sojourn specializes in high-end travel and works mostly with five-star hotels & resorts as well as equivalent boutique properties, villas, and safari camps. Generally, the hotels we specialize in begin at $1,000 per room, per night. Full package ground services (car/driver, guiding, unique experiences) typically begin at $1,000 per person, per day.
Our rates align with those on the hotel’s website, but with the added advantage of exclusive benefits. While discounted rates might seem like a bargain, our rates ultimately offer the best value.
We accept all major credit cards and strongly recommend using one to fully protect your travel investment. When using a credit card, a standard 5% Credit Card Processing Fee applies.
We also accept payments via direct deposit.
All charges, with the exception of our fees which are paid directly to our host agency, will be billed directly by our trusted partners (hotels or suppliers).
In some cases, we will also share a payment link directly with the client.
We receive our commission directly from the hotel, so booking with us incurs no additional cost for you.
There is no minimum budget requirement, but since we specialize in luxury hotels, most of our clients typically spend around $1,000 per night on accommodations.
Travel insurance is optional but strongly recommended, as it helps safeguard your travel investment against unforeseen events.
Depending on the coverage level you select, travel insurance can offer protection for trip cancellation, interruption or delay, baggage delay, emergency medical expenses, and additional benefits.
Yes, we’re more than happy to provide you with an insurance quote and arrange your coverage. We strongly recommend this service because we understand the precise coverage needed and what specific policies are required for different destinations. While we are not licensed insurance agents, we coordinate insurance quotes and policy bookings through our host agency’s exclusive Booking Link. Any questions about coverage, claims, or related matters should be directed to the the Insurance Provider.
Following an in-depth Discover Call, we typically need about two weeks to prepare a first draft proposal. Once the draft is delivered, please review and respond as promptly as possible to avoid losing any reserved space, as it might be booked by others in the meantime. While we aim to adhere to our delivery timeline, unforeseen circumstances, such as a surge in requests from clients or travel partners, may occasionally cause slight delays.
Our $800 fee includes one destination and one itinerary proposal, upto 3 rounds of revisions. Any additional requests will incur extra charges. This fee is a general estimate for 1-7 days of travel for upto 5 travelers.
