I have been offered and declined the purchase of travel insurance which covers trip cancellation, interruption and medical emergencies. I understand that The Suite Sojourn, LLC has strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect my trip investment.
I understand by declining to purchase travel insurance, if I cancel or interrupt my trip for any reason, portions of this package may not be refundable and supplier cancellation penalties will apply resulting in the loss of monies up to the full cost of my trip investment.
If you decide to take on our recommendation to purchase a Travel / Medical Insurance, kindly do contact us to plan this accordingly, ideally within 10 days of your first down payment, and not later than 15 days prior departure time.
I hereby release The Suite Sojourn, LLC, its administration, personnel, and my Travel Advisor from responsibility for any consequences, both known and unknown, resulting from my refusal of trip cancellation insurance.
I understand that The Suite Sojourn, LLC has advised me of the importance of such insurance and I will not hold them responsible for any risks or lost funds. I confirm that I do not expect The Suite Sojourn, LLC to assist me in any way if my trip is cancelled or delayed for any covered reason.
