Virtuoso is a global network of Luxury Travel Advisors from the best Travel Agencies who have preferred partnerships with over 2,000 top hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, and more. Virtuoso Advisors have unprecedented knowledge for planning extraordinary vacations. Virtuoso Advisors, such as Suite Sojourn (due to our affiliation with a Virtuoso member agency) know the best places to stay or adventures to seek, have the best contacts with travel partners, and know how to match clients to the right ocean or river cruise.

NOTE: Some lower tier travel agencies will only have access to Virtuoso and not the hotel’s own branded booking channel like we do. Hotels prioritize their own branded booking channel over Virtuoso and Amex FHR. Of course, some properties are Virtuoso only and don’t have their own preferred partner program.

For example: If you book a Four Seasons Preferred Partner Rate online, you will get better preferential treatment than somebody who booked the same property with Virtuoso (and they of course will get better treatment than somebody booking directly on FourSeasons.com).

Even if you don’t belong to a hotel’s loyalty program—or the hotel doesn’t offer one—booking through a Virtuoso-affiliated advisor gives you access to perks typically reserved for elite members. This makes Virtuoso especially valuable for stays at boutique or independent luxury hotels, where loyalty programs may not exist. It’s like having elite status without the points chase.

Is there a minimum stay required to receive Virtuoso benefits?

No minimum stay is required—Virtuoso perks apply even to one-night bookings.

Can I earn loyalty points, elite nights, and status benefits with Virtuoso bookings? lin

Yes, Virtuoso bookings may qualify for loyalty points, elite nights, and status benefits, as long as the hotel participates in a loyalty program and the rate meets that program’s earning criteria.

For example, brands like The Ritz-Carlton (Marriott Bonvoy), Conrad Hotels (Hilton Honors), and Grand Hyatt (World of Hyatt) usually honor Virtuoso rates.

What if a hotel participates in both Virtuoso and its own preferred partner program?

Some hotels offer multiple programs (e.g. Virtuoso and Four Seasons Preferred Partner). Suite Sojourn will book the Virtuoso rate when you’re staying at luxury hotels that are part of the Virtuoso network but not part of a separate preferred partner program.

I've already booked a Virtuoso-participating hotel. Can I still apply Virtuoso benefits?
