Suite Sojourn contacts a designated representative at your hotel before you arrive. That person handles your preferences, special requests, arrival and departure timing and any connecting-room needs, so you arrive with the hotel already expecting you.

  3. Confirm your details. We’ll need your billing information, phone number and a valid credit card to hold the reservation.

Can I add these benefits to a reservation I already made?
Often, yes. If your booking has flexible cancellation terms, we can usually modify it. Prepaid and non-refundable rates may have restrictions, so send us your booking details and we’ll check.
