This form is for no-fee hotel booking requests only. If we are required to research multiple options, there is a admin fee that will be charged. This keeps our team from spinning wheels without any traction and allows us to allocate time efficiently and provide high-quality service to our clients.

We work with serious inquiries only. Price-shopping requests will not be accommodated. However, If you locate a lower rate directly on a hotel’s official website or through American Express Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR), please provide a screenshot for review. 

Screenshots from online travel agencies (OTAs) will not be accepted.

Please understand that while planning your trip, we will primarily be in contact via email or scheduled phone calls. This approach provides you with the best level of service while ensuring that no important information is overlooked. We strongly discourage questions via text message in order to maintain accuracy and clarity while we plan your trip. In advance of your departure date, we will provide you the best local contact information for prompt assistance after business hours. Unscheduled calls and texts are of course available to you for any in-travel emergencies that arise. We do charge after hours fees for any non emergency calls.
