The program provides our clients with great additional benefits. Those change slightly between brands and specific properties but generally include:

Dorchester Collection Diamond Club is not available for online booking or to travellers directly and is only bookable through a limited number of Dorchester Collection Diamond Club member agencies like The Suite Sojourn.
In general, Dorchester Collection Diamond Club benefits applies to the flexible “best available rate” (meaning, you usually don’t pay until check-out and can cancel your bookings up to 24-48 hours prior to the check-in date). Dorchester Collection Diamond Club is not available, usually, on pre-paid rates, third party web rates, award stays, corporate rates or AAA rates or even with your credit card travel portal.
There is no minimum length of stay required. Please note reservations are subject to $25 USD non-refundable booking fee if reservation isn’t $500 USD or more.
The Dorchester Diamond Club rate should reflect the the flexible/standard rate. Benefits are combinable with the benefits offered in other Packages but the same benefits cannot be repeated.
The Suite Sojourn offers complimentary hotel bookings for hotel or resort stays of $500 USD or more per reservation. For those stays that do not meet the minimum spend, we charge a non-refundable booking fee of $25 USD per reservation, at our discretion.
The Suite Sojourn hotel booking service is best for clients looking to take advantage of our preferred partnerships at participating hotels and resort. Please note that this service does not include research, hotel or price comparisons, or concierge type reservations.
With our complimentary hotel bookings, that meet the eligible spend requirement, we allow one price adjustment or change to the reservation. Any additional changes or price adjustments will be subject to a $25 non-refundable booking/service fee.
