What Is the Accor Preferred Program?

Accor Preferred benefits are a set of VIP perks that Accor offers through an invitation-only program for select luxury travel advisors. The program was formerly known as STEP. As a Suite Sojourn client, you can book Accor Preferred rates and receive upgraded treatment at Accor properties around the world, at no extra advisory fee for these benefits.

The perks apply across Accor’s luxury and premium brands, including Raffles, Fairmont, Sofitel, Sofitel Legend, Banyan Tree, Delano and SLS. Whether you’re planning a city break in Paris, a safari-lodge stay in Kenya or a beach week in the Caribbean, an Accor Preferred booking can make the stay noticeably better than a standard reservation.

How to Access Accor Preferred Benefits

At Suite Sojourn, we contact a designated representative at your hotel before you arrive. That person handles your preferences, special requests, arrival and departure timing and any connecting-room needs. You don’t have to chase these details yourself, and you arrive with the hotel already expecting you.

How to Book Accor Preferred Rates

  1. Send us your request. Use our contact form with your preferred hotel and travel dates.
  2. Review your options. We’ll send back Accor Preferred rates and the benefits for that specific property.
  3. Confirm your details. We’ll need your billing information, phone number and a valid credit card to hold the reservation.
  4. Get your confirmation. Once the reservation has been made, you will receive an email confirmation. It’s really that easy! Review your confirmation for accuracy, and let us know if any changes need to be made.

Is Accor Preferred Worth It?

For most luxury stays, yes. If you’re already planning to stay at a Fairmont, Raffles or Sofitel, booking through an Accor Preferred advisor gets you added value at little or no extra cost, compared with booking the same room on your own. Are There Minimum Stay Requirements?
