  2. Colombier: Reachable by a rugged three-minute hike or by boat, Colombier is one of the island’s best and our favorite swimming beach. Plan to stay a while by packing a picnic lunch and an umbrella.
  3. Gouverneur: Ideal for a picnic lunch and swimming, this beach offers seclusion and privacy despite being a bit of a drive. It’s well worth the trip.
  4. Petit Cul de Sac: For an Instagram-worthy hike to natural tide pools, we recommend going with a guide.
